National Volunteer Week – 2023
More than 500 volunteers are registered on the Bénévolat Bilingue – BBBV platform of the ACFA Régionale de Calgary. They give generously their time to the community, help organizations, are always available and contribute to the shining of the Francophonie in Calgary.
On the occasion of National Volunteer Week, which took place from April 16 to 22, 2023, the Calgary Regional ACFA through its Bilingual Volunteer Program paid tribute to all those who give so generously of their time. Five (5) volunteers were honored and received gifts from our partners.
A workshop was led in collaboration with the Centre d’Appui Familial and the Réseau Santé Alberta to discuss with volunteers about the personal development through volunteering.
We would like to thank our invaluable volunteers and also our partners who have helped us in celebrating this week of volunteer action.
